Account Closure: You may request closure of your phgame3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
All financial transactions on phgame3 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). phgame3 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.
Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Deposits are generally credited to your phgame3 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phgame3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phgame3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phgame3 operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
